Embark at 9:00 AM from Serangan Harbor, starting the journey to Nusa Penida, which takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Upon arrival in Nusa Penida, you will immediately enjoy snorkeling at Crystal Bay, a location famous for its beautiful coral reefs and tropical fish. After snorkeling, you will have the unique opportunity to try coral fishing while cruising along the coast, with the crew assisting you as you fish from the boat and take in the stunning sea views.
Around 13:00 PM, the trip continues to a beachside restaurant for lunch with a breathtaking ocean view. You can choose from fresh seafood dishes or local specialties like Bali mixed rice and grilled fish. You are welcome to choose from a variety of the menu options, allowing you to enjoy a meal that suits your preference. Lunch will be at your own expenses. After lunch, you will have free time to swim or continue snorkeling at another spot like Gamat Bay, Manta Bay or Wall Point, while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the beach.
In the afternoon, you will return to the boat for the journey back to Serangan. During the return trip, enjoy the beautiful sea views and fresh air. This journey will bring you back to Serangan Harbor around 5:00 PM, concluding a day filled with refreshing and enjoyable marine experiences.

2. Cancellations by Port Authority
The cruise will be canceled on that day and moved to another day if the Port Authority does not have permission because of the bad weather (big waves, strong wind, etc). In this case, the trip can be rescheduled, but not refunded.
3. Cancellation by Customer
If canceled, Queen Ruizi is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in compliance with the Queen Ruizi 18 and 10 cancellation fee policy as follows:
Peak season period: if cancellation less than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
High Season period: if cancellation less than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
Low Season Period: if cancellation less than 7 days (1 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to departure in all seasons, shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% (percent) of the total payment.
