You will depart at 09:00 AM from Serangan aboard a private yacht heading to Nusa Penida. The boat ride will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful ocean views along the way. Upon arrival in the waters around Nusa Penida around 10:00 AM, you can immediately begin snorkeling and swimming around the boat. The waters around Nusa Penida are crystal clear and rich in marine life, offering you the opportunity to explore vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, and, if you're lucky, even manta rays—all without needing to step on land. After enjoying snorkeling and swimming, around 13:00 PM you will sail to Beachside Restaurant for a relaxing lunch with stunning ocean views. Please note that lunch will be at your own expense, where you can savor fresh seafood or delicious Balinese cuisine while relaxing by the beach. After lunch, you can return to the boat to continue swimming or snorkeling around the boat, enjoying your leisure time in the calm sea. For those who prefer a more laid-back experience, you can simply relax on the deck and bask in the tranquility of the surroundings.
At around 3:30 PM, you will head back to the yacht and start your journey back to Serangan, arriving by 5:00 PM. This will complete a refreshing day filled with the beauty of the ocean, offering you a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and scenic views.

2. Cancellations by Port Authority
The cruise will be canceled on that day and moved to another day if the Port Authority does not have permission because of the bad weather (big waves, strong wind, etc). In this case, the trip can be rescheduled, but not refunded.
3. Cancellation by Customer
If canceled, Queen Ruizi is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in compliance with the Queen Ruizi 18 and 10 cancellation fee policy as follows:
Peak season period: if cancellation less than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
High Season period: if cancellation less than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
Low Season Period: if cancellation less than 7 days (1 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to departure in all seasons, shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% (percent) of the total payment.
