The day starts at 9:00 AM in Serangan, Bali, where you'll gather and get a quick briefing before boarding a fast boat to Nusa Penida (about 30 minutes). Your first stop is Gamat Bay for snorkeling, where you’ll explore clear waters and vibrant coral reefs for 45 minutes. Then, head to Crystal Bay for more snorkeling, known for its rich marine life. Next, you'll visit Manta Bay to snorkel with manta rays for 45 minutes, a unique and unforgettable experience. Afterward, you'll stop for lunch at a beachside restaurant, where you can choose your meal freely (lunch is at your own expense).In the afternoon, around 2:30 PM, you can choose between fun fishing or swimming around the boat. Afterward, you'll head back to the boat at around 4:00 PM for the return journey to Serangan, arriving by 5:00 PM to end the day.

2. Cancellations by Port Authority
The cruise will be canceled on that day and moved to another day if the Port Authority does not have permission because of the bad weather (big waves, strong wind, etc). In this case, the trip can be rescheduled, but not refunded.
3. Cancellation by Customer
If canceled, Queen Ruizi is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in compliance with the Queen Ruizi 18 and 10 cancellation fee policy as follows:
Peak season period: if cancellation less than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
High Season period: if cancellation less than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
Low Season Period: if cancellation less than 7 days (1 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to departure in all seasons, shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% (percent) of the total payment.
